Appointments and Start Time


  • Dream House Organizers, LLC will contact you before your scheduled organization session to confirm.

  • We know that, unfortunately, emergencies happen. Therefore, each Client receives one grace pass per calendar year to reschedule without penalty.

  • Hands-on decluttering and organizing sessions begin at the scheduled time, regardless of the Client, is delayed. 


Fees & Payments


  • Payment for consultation must be received before the booking is finalized.

  • Full payment for hands-on work sessions is due in advance.

  • Dream House Organizers, LLC will decide independently and communicate to the Client in advance the fees and expenses and will charge fees and expenses that we deem reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with our experience, the services we deliver, and the responsibility we accept. 

  • Dream House Organizers, LLC reserves the right to charge different rates for working in any conditions we deem dangerous or hazardous based on the assessment.

  • Dream House Organizers, LLC accepts payment by cash on hand, Zelle, check, and all major credit cards are accepted through our online invoice system.

  • There will be a charge of $45 for any check returned for insufficient funds or any bank draft item that is not payable for any reason, as well as additional collection and/or legal fees to compensate for overdraft charges and unpaid account balances.



The Client recognizes that entering into this contract with Dream House Organizers, LLC means that Dream House Organizers, LLC team may be in contact with personal items and information.  Dream House Organizers, LLC agrees not to divulge any of this information and maintain the Client's possessions and home's highest confidentiality and respect. 



Referrals are an essential part of the success of Dream House Organizers, LLC. If the Client refers someone to us who becomes a new client, the existing Client will receive ONE HOUR of organizing services FREE (at your next session) after the new Client's first paid session with us!

Personal Liability of the Client

In the event of bodily injury to any representative of Dream House Organizers, LLC, the contract holder is liable for any and all medical bills and emergencies as included in their personal and/or business insurance.

Photo Release

The Client releases all rights to before and after photos to be used in Dream House Organizers, LLC's publications, including but not limited to the website, social media, blog, and flyers.  The Client agrees that photos may also be used for Dream House Organizers, LLC's publications/website, provided that the Client's name is not linked to the images in any way.

Project Outcomes

Project outcomes depend on the Client's willingness to purge and donate when needed and adequately organize and maintain items. Long-term maintenance of the organization hinges on the Client's commitment to maintaining the order and quantity of items in the space.


  • There are no refunds for the Consultation Fee if the Client elects not to hire Dream House Organizers, LLC, to perform the work agreed.

  • There are no refunds for services completed.

  • Dream House Organizers, LLC reserves the right to refund any remaining, unused balance and terminate the contract if the Client repeatedly cancels and/or creates a disruption of services. This is at the sole discretion of Dream House Organizers, LLC.


Supplies & Shopping Assistance

  • Dream House Organizers, LLC, will either make suggestions about what supplies should be purchased. The Client will do the shopping OR per the Client's request, Dream House Organizers, LLC will shop and purchase the supplies, making certain they are delivered to the Client's location.

  • Clients are responsible for paying for all agreed-upon supplies (storage containers, labels, labeling tape, shelving, etc.- necessary to complete the project) and the fee for shopping and returns. 

  • Receipts for funds spent on the Client's behalf will be presented as soon as possible, and the Client must remit payment within 24 hours of receipt as maximum. 


Travel Time


  • Sixty (60) minutes of round-trip travel time is complimentary (from Katy, TX). Any additional travel time is billed a $20 hourly rate (i.e., an additional 1 hour 15 minutes of drive time would be $25).

  • Travel fees may be waived at the sole discretion of Dream House Organizers, LLC. 

  • The current coverage areas include all of Harris County and parts of Liberty County, Waller County, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County, Galveston County, Chambers County, and Liberty County. Not sure if we provide services in your area? Contact us about your city!

Cancellation Policy


  • To reschedule your consultation, it needs to be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be forfeited. There are no refunds.

  • Cancellation of a scheduled work session with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show will be charged $125 of the planned working session. For example: If a Butler's pantry organizing work session (cost of $500) is scheduled but is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a penalty of $125 is charged- which may be waived at the discretion of Dream House Organizers, LLC. Repeated cancellations will result in a disruption of services.

 Disruption of Services


  • Dream House Organizers, LLC reserves the right to terminate the contract if the Client repeatedly cancels/changes appointments or engages in disruptive, threatening, or violent behavior. Disruptive is defined as hindering Dream House Organizers, LLC from carrying out their professional duties, and may include yelling, verbal abuse, and refusing reasonable requests. Threatening is defined as physical actions short of contact, general oral or written threats to people or property, and implicit threats. Violent is defined as physical assault directed at people or property.

  • Dream House Organizers, LLC reserves the right to issue refunds in the event of disruption of services.




  • That you engage Dream House Organizers, LLC, remove and dispose of only the personal property within 'the premises' and that Dream House Organizers, LLC accepts the assignment that supersedes prior discussion between us.

  • That you indemnify Dream House Organizers, LLC, as well as our consultants and their employees, against any claims by anyone to any of the contents that we have disposed of according to your instructions.

  • That a homeowner policy is in force by you for the premises during Dream House Organizers, LLC performs services.

  • That you agree that the homeowner policy is the primary policy for any property damage claim.

  • That you agree to waive subrogation against Dream House Organizers, LLC for any claims paid by your homeowner policy.

  • Dream House Organizers, LLC is not liable for any items valued over $300.Dream House Organizers, LLC may decline to move, organize, pack, or handle anything deemed by us to be hazardous or unsafe.

  • Dream House Organizers, LLC is not liable for any internal clock movements. We recommend you let a clock expert move and set up a clock to or from the property.

  • Dream House Organizers, LLC will not be liable for the following items. ( We recommend you remove the items from the premises before our work starting.): Cash, jewelry, including precious and semi-precious stones, medications, stocks, bonds, coins, stamps, other collections, precious and semi-precious metals, checks and uncashed checks, credit cards, firearms, and ammunition, fireworks, and other explosives.

  • You must inform Dream House Organizers, LLC of all hazardous conditions or materials within the premises. This includes structural defects, faulty electrical wiring, and plumbing, firearms, hazardous chemicals, human or animal waste, hazardous medical equipment or medical waste (such as syringes, sharps, bandages, bedpans, etc.)  The cost of proper disposal is your responsibility

  • Dream House Organizers, LLC team permission to take photographs of 'the premises' and its contents. You have given
